Transitional Employment Program

What is Transitional Employment?

  • Part-time, basic/entry-level work

  • Time-limited to 6-9 months

  • Guaranteed coverage

  • Selection, training and ongoing support from Clubhouse Placement Managers

  • Working members are employees of the company and are paid the prevailing wage rate

Transitional Employment (TE) benefits Clubhouse members who are entering or re-entering the work force by providing a safe environment to enhance work skills, and by affording the opportunity to work as part of a team and establish interpersonal relationships.
